Job Description:
The role of the Clinical Education Facilitator is a key part of our Practice Development team. As a facilitator, you will work closely with colleagues to identify areas where skills development is needed and design effective training programs to address these gaps.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Registered General Nurse on the active register
* Minimum 3 years experience in a clinical role
* Proven leadership skills
* Able to work comfortably in multi-disciplinary teams
Favorable consideration given to those with post graduate education in nursing or related topics as well as peer reviewed publications/conference submissions .
