An established financial services organisation is seeking a Compliance professional
to join its compliance team in Dublin. The role focuses on supporting the Senior Compliance Manager in maintaining and enhancing the firm's compliance framework across all regulatory obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Oversee day-to-day compliance monitoring and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including those set by the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI).
 * Assist with Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) obligations, including trade surveillance and managing inside information.
 * Support ongoing enhancement of the compliance framework, policies, and procedures.
 * Conduct risk assessments and compliance reviews, reporting findings to senior management.
 * Guide regulatory developments and assist in regulatory submissions and reporting.
 * Liaise with internal stakeholders and regulators on compliance matters.
Skills & Experience:
 * Minimum of 4 years' compliance experience within financial services (investment management, insurance, or similar).
 * Strong knowledge of CBI regulations and Irish/European compliance requirements.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
 * A professional compliance qualification (e.g. LCOI or equivalent)
