Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven leader who can develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, enhance customer experience, and increase sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing high-performing teams, driving commercial success, and maintaining strong stock accuracy and visual presentation standards.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing store team, recruiting, coaching, and retaining talent, creating a customer-first environment, and driving commercial success through effective management of sales, profit, and loss, and store operations.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing business plans to achieve sales and customer service targets
* Leading and motivating a high-performing store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth
* Maintaining strong stock accuracy, availability, and visual presentation standards
* Ensuring compliance with company policies, operational standards, and health and safety requirements
Requirements

* A proven track record of success in managing high-performing teams and driving commercial success in a retail environment
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
* Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Commercially focused, with a strong understanding of financial performance and business drivers
