Project Readiness Manager Role
A seasoned project readiness manager is required to collaborate with a medical device manufacturing client on a contract basis. The initial contract duration spans 12 months.
The successful candidate will oversee Project Readiness deliverables across cross-functional teams for medium- and large-scale projects involving either new or existing equipment. Effective communication between the Project Readiness team and the main Project Leader/Sponsor is crucial. Assistance in determining budget requirements, identifying risks or roadblocks, and implementing mitigations to ensure timely delivery of all Project Readiness milestones are essential. Utilization of necessary project tools, such as Microsoft Project and FPX, is vital for successful project management. Additionally, strong technical writing skills are necessary for producing clear, detailed documentation, procedures, and reports.
Requirements:
* A relevant third-level qualification is mandatory.
* Experience within the medical device industry is highly desirable.
* Previous project management experience is essential.
