This is a contract role offering the opportunity to work on complex, enterprise-level HR transformation programmes.
Key Responsibilities Lead and support the configuration, implementation, and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors modules Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions Provide functional expertise across one or more SuccessFactors modules (see below) Support integrations, testing (UAT), data migration, and go-live activities Troubleshoot system issues and provide post-implementation support Produce functional documentation and best-practice recommendations Collaborate with technical teams, HR, and project stakeholders Required Skills
