Role Overview: We are seeking experienced and dedicated Healthcare Assistants, Nurses and Social Care Workers to join our agency team.
You will work across a variety of settings, supporting nurses and care teams to deliver high- quality, person-centred care to patients and residents.
Key Responsibilities: Assist service users with personal care, mobility, meals, and daily living activities.
Provide emotional and social support, promoting independence and dignity.
Monitor and record observations, reporting any changes to nursing staff.
Support care teams to ensure a safe and caring environment.
Follow care plans, policies, and infection control procedures.
Role Requirements: A Full QQI Level 5 Major Award in Healthcare Support (must have completed 8 modules) or hold an equivalent qualification.
At least 6 months experience in a residential, hospital, or community care setting.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
A caring and compassionate nature.
Flexibility to work various shifts which may include days, evenings, nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
Full clean drivers licence (desirable but not essential).
All compliance requirements, including Garda Vetting and up-to-date mandatory training, must be fully completed prior to commencement.
