Job Description
A Project Development Lead reports directly to the Project Manager, overseeing the technical management of the project. This involves managing multidisciplinary teams with methodical approach, excellent communication skills and experience in dealing with design teams and other third parties.
A strong candidate should possess relevant years of experience in a contracting environment, problem-solving skills, ability to work under deadlines and an appreciation for health and safety, quality, programme and commercial return.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Candidates are expected to hold degree-level qualifications in engineering, construction management or related subjects. Postgraduate qualifications and/or membership of relevant professional institutes such as Engineers Ireland are highly desirable.
