Role Description:
We are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer with 1–3 years of experience in industrial automation.
The successful candidate will support international clients, including on-site engagements, and must be fluent in English to ensure effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and troubleshoot PLC-based industrial automation systems
Provide engineering design support and on-site/remote technical assistance to global clients
Collaborate with engineering, project, and commissioning teams to ensure system performance, integration, and successful project delivery
Document technical issues, solutions, and process improvements within internal systems
Communicate effectively with international clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
Mandatory Requirements
1–3 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation environments
Strong experience with PLCs (programming, troubleshooting, commissioning)
Hands-on commissioning experience in industrial automation projects
Solid understanding of control systems, electrical schematics, and field instrumentation
Ability to diagnose and resolve automation and integration issues, both on-site and remotely
Exposure to SCADA/HMI systems
Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Ethernet/IP, Profinet)
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
Willingness to travel internationally for short-term assignments
Valid US, Canadian, or European visa, or citizenship (to support international project mobility)
Highly Preferred
Experience in Pharma / Life Sciences or Food & Beverage industries
Exposure to MES or data historians (e.g., PI System)
Understanding of GMP and regulated environments
Experience with OT/IT system integration
