Quality Assurance Specialist We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in all aspects of food production. Job Description The successful candidate will have a solid technical background in food science or technology and experience in managing quality systems. You must also have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with colleagues at all levels. Required Skills and Qualifications: 1. A degree in Food Science, Food Technology or a related field; 2. At least 3 years' experience in quality assurance or a related field; 3. Strong knowledge of industry food standards (GFSI, BRC, IFS) and customer requirements; 4. Certifications such as HACCP, TACCP, Internal Auditing would be an advantage; The ability to plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection; Develop recommendations for corrective actions;
