This is an exciting opportunity to work with a premium range of commercial coffee machines and beverage equipment across hospitality, retail, healthcare, and commercial customer sites.The successful candidate will be responsible for installation, servicing, preventative maintenance, and fault diagnosis of coffee equipment while delivering a high level of customer service to clients throughout Munster.Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation and commissioning of commercial coffee machines and beverage equipmentCarry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive service calls across customer sitesDiagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faultsRepair, service, and refurbish coffee machines and associated equipmentPerform pre-delivery inspections and quality checksConfigure and programme automated coffee machines where requiredMaintain accurate service reports and documentationManage van stock and spare parts effectivelyProvide technical support and advice to customers and colleaguesEnsure all work is completed in line with health & safety standardsDeliver a professional and customer-focused service at all timesRequirementsPrevious experience as a Service Engineer, Field Service Engineer, or Electrical TechnicianStrong electrical and mechanical fault-finding abilityExperience servicing coffee machines, catering equipment, vending equipment, or similar advantageousFull clean driving licenceStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage a regional territoryElectrical or technical qualification advantageousExperience working in a field-based service environmentStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsPackageCompany vehicle / vanOngoing training and developmentOvertime opportunitiesPension and benefits packageStrong long-term career progression opportunities
