Job Role: Field Service Engineer.
The role involves providing field service engineering activities on-site. Troubleshooting complex products and problems, ensuring all products/equipment are maintained, and establishing a local maintenance service structure.
Responsibilities include managing service calls, determining customer needs/problems, responding accordingly, and performing preventative maintenance on Company products.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering, with 2-5 years of experience working as an FSE in the Semiconductor Industry.

A degree from a top-ranked university is preferred but not necessary. The candidate should be able to think critically and solve complex problems.
