The Step Inn in Stepaside is expanding and we are now looking to recruit an experienced person for the position of Office Administrator / Accounts Assistant to work in our office in Stepaside Village. This represents a great opportunity to join a growing business and develop many aspects in the administrator role that will incorporate a variety of aspects, such as payroll, invoice reconciliation, cash sales reconciliation as well as some marketing functions.
This position will involve working closely with the senior management team in relation & assist in driving the business on
The successful candidate will have 2-3 year minimum experience, have good communication skills, have an enthusiastic & can do positive attitude, able to work well in both a group and solo environment. A candidate with relevant administrator experience in the Irish Hospitality sector is desired but not solely required. We are looking for candidates to apply who have relevant experience and competent in the following, but not limited to;
Key Responsibilities
* Invoicing
* Wages / Payroll
* Vat Returns
* Sage Accounting Package, MailChimp, Canva, Microsoft 365(Excel, Word, Publisher, Outlook)
* Taking the lead on credit control
* Filing paperwork relating to jobs
* Telephone calls to customers/reservation, booking enquiries
* General Office Management
* Marketing; Assist social media department/updates/website/promotions
* Excellent customer service skills
* Liaise with management team on daily basis with regards to update on bookings
