Key Responsibilities:
* Commercial: Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability, forecast peak demand periods, and monitor costs to ensure budget adherence.
* Customer Service: Foster a positive customer interaction culture, maintain high levels of quality, service, hygiene, and cleanliness, and deal with customer issues effectively.
* HR: Develop a strong management structure, train staff in line with HR policies, and proactively manage key HR matters, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
* General: Ensure general upkeep and appearance of the site, health and safety compliance, and legal compliance for both staff and site.
