Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at a newly opened daytime restaurant in Co. Kildare.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take charge of a new restaurant, with the full backing of our established hospitality group.
The successful candidate will be responsible for kitchen operations, maintaining high standards, leading and motivating their team, delivering fresh seasonal food, managing GP, ordering, and stock with precision, building strong supplier relationships, and maintaining excellent kitchen systems, hygiene, and HACCP compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven Head Chef experience in a busy fast-paced restaurant
* A strong confident leader with the ability to develop and inspire a team
* Passionate about food flavour and seasonal cooking
* Calm under pressure highly organised and solutions-focused
* Open to the challenges of a new restaurant while committed to maintaining consistent standards
* Commercially aware with proven ability to manage GP and performance
