Exciting opportunity to join a large, successful organisation based in Dublin City Centre as a Strategy Manager.Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, this is a newly created role where you will work across key strategic outputs and collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders to support a successful annual strategy process. The role involves working across the organisation, including the executive leadership team and Senior Leadership Team.Responsibilities:Supporting senior leadership in managing the annual strategy process, including:Defining templates, managing process timelines and stakeholder expectations, and owning the creation of consolidated strategy deliverablesIdentifying and managing interdependencies across business units and functionsEnsuring business unit and functional strategies align with overall corporate strategyLiaising with business units and functions to gather and consolidate inputs into the corporate strategy process, highlighting areas that:Require further developmentPresent conflicts across categories or functionsMay represent potential business opportunitiesConducting ad-hoc strategic research and analysis, including benchmarking and competitor analysis, to support strategic reviewsPreparing key materials for review and approval meetings with board of directorsDelivering strategic research and analysis, including financial, competitor and stakeholder analysis, and developing strategic insights and recommendationsIdentifying new development opportunities and contributing to commercial and cross-functional strategic initiativesProviding regular status updates on the progress of strategic initiativesRequirements:Strong project planning and management capability, with experience operating in complex, cross-functional environmentsProven ability to build and manage relationships across a large organisationStrong analytical capability, with the ability to distil large volumes of information into clear opportunities or challengesExperience delivering strategic analysis that provides insight into business performanceConfident communicator, able to engage effectively at executive levelExperience evaluating strategic options and providing data-driven recommendations
