The Network Planning Specialist will play a critical role in optimising the airline's network design and slot management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Network Planning: Develop a multi-year network plan, considering economic and strategic objectives, medium-long term demand forecasts, fleet capacity, and other factors.
* Slot Management: Ensure accurate slot planning and management of the airline's slot portfolio, taking into account schedule optimisation and capacity opportunities across the network.
* Route Analysis: Manage analysis and insights for routes subject to public service obligation (PSO's) and assess economic, operational, and other impacts of charter operations.
* IATA Representation: Act as the IATA Head Airline Representative for all slot matters and maintain relations with airports and contracting authorities.
About You:
We are seeking a highly skilled individual with:
* Demonstrated success in Network Planning, with experience working in a close-knit team and dealing with multiple projects simultaneously.
* A degree in Aviation, Logistics, Economics, Business, or a relevant field, and a minimum of five years' experience in an airline network planning or scheduling role.
* Strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and high proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
