Key Responsibilities Manage a varied caseload across probate, wills, estates and trusts. Advise clients throughout the probate and estate administration process. Draft and review wills, probate applications and estate planning documentation. Work closely with clients, beneficiaries and external stakeholders to ensure matters are progressed efficiently. Handle probate related disputes and represent clients where required. Keep up to date with developments in probate and succession law. Requirements Qualified Solicitor with experience in probate and private client work. Strong technical knowledge across probate and estate planning. Ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
