We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Kerry.
Key Responsibilities
Safety First: Drive a culture of Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental (HSQE) excellence, ensuring compliance with Irish legislation and industry benchmarks.
Team Leadership: Manage and inspire engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors—providing mentorship and fostering collaboration across disciplines.
Project Execution: Oversee all phases of civil engineering delivery, from planning and design coordination to execution and close-out.
Financial & Contract Oversight: Monitor budgets, schedules, procurement, and public works contract requirements with precision.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, statutory bodies, and local communities, representing the company with professionalism and integrity.
Sustainability Commitment: Integrate environmental best practices into procurement and delivery, contributing to long-term value creation.
Continuous Improvement: Track progress, report outcomes, and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and innovation.
About You
Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (equivalent experience considered).
Chartered Engineer status (or working towards it) with Engineers Ireland or equivalent.
5+ years' project management experience in utilities, energy, or major infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of Irish construction standards, public procurement processes, and utility frameworks.
Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on delivery.
Full Irish/EU driving license and eligibility to work in Ireland.
