In this role, you will become a trusted confidant and strategic partner ensuring seamless operational support for their Directors.Key Responsibilities:Proactively manage Director's schedule, optimising time allocation for client meetings, internal consultations and strategic initiatives.Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external inquiries, responding promptly and professionally while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.Prepare high-quality presentations and client proposals, ensuring clear and impactful communication that aligns with firm branding.Coordinate all aspects of client meetings and internal summits, including logistics, agenda development and comprehensive follow-up.Maintain a secure and well-organised digital and physical archive, ensuring easy access to critical information while adhering to strict data security protocols.Experience/Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant within a professional services environment.Comfortable working onsite 5 days per week.Exceptional organisational, communication and interpersonal skills with great attention to detail.Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic and demanding environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to the success of a renowned professional services firm and enhance your executive support expertise.Hourly pay between €20 - €28 p/h DOEContact:For more information on this position or other Business Support roles, please contact Paula Smaga by hitting the apply button below to send your cv.
