Leading a dynamic team is key to success in this role as Duty Manager. In a fast-paced hotel environment, you will oversee the smooth and efficient operation of all areas, ensuring exceptional service standards are consistently met to drive revenue growth.
This position requires strong leadership skills to develop and implement departmental strategies that align with our brand's service strategy and initiatives. You will work closely with Heads of Department to optimize staffing levels and ensure seamless operations across all areas.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a similar role. Key responsibilities include:
* Liaising daily with Heads of Department to ensure sufficient staffing levels.
* Monitoring and maintaining operational standards across all areas, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective action where necessary.
* Collaborating with the Executive Head Chef to design and implement new menus for all areas.
* Ensuring fire exits are clear and functioning properly through regular patrols.
* Maintaining a visible presence around the building during peak periods, including lobby, restaurant, and banqueting area.
