We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and passionate about maintaining high standards in food production? Join our team in Bailieborough as a Powder Blending Operator and play a key role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our butter products.
Key Responsibilities
* Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at all times.
* Communicate effectively with separation and evaporation operators regarding ingredient additions.
* Accurately add ingredients to the correct silo at the designated time.
* Record all ingredient usage in the SAP system.
* Operate the y-tron and ingredient tank as required.
* Perform and monitor CIP (Clean-in-Place) procedures.
* Maintain high-quality records and documentation.
* Report equipment issues or breakdowns promptly.
* Support fitters and electricians during breakdowns to reduce downtime.
* Uphold food safety and customer standards consistently.
* Keep the work area clean, organized, and audit-ready.
* Participate in training and development activities.
* Ensure compliance with Data Protection policies and legislation.
* Promote health and safety for self and others in accordance with regulations.
* Take ownership of personal development and performance improvement.
What We're Looking For
* A proactive team player with strong attention to detail.
* Experience in food production or manufacturing (preferred).
* Familiarity with SAP systems and CIP procedures (an advantage).
* Commitment to safety, hygiene, and continuous improvement.
