Overview

CPL Recruitment is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a leading global data and AI-driven company on a 12-month maternity leave cover Fixed Term Contract. This hybrid role (3 days on-site, 2 days working from home) offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate will bring 4+ years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.


Responsibilities

* Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to define hiring needs and design effective recruitment strategies.
* Source candidates through multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, direct outreach).
* Manage relationships with external recruitment partners and oversee PSL compliance.
* Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to assess cultural and technical fit.
* Champion diversity and inclusion across all recruitment activities.
* Maintain positive candidate relationships, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
* Provide weekly reporting and insights on recruitment metrics and KPIs.
* Optimise the use of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
* Collaborate with HR to align recruitment with broader talent management strategies.
* Support onboarding, ensuring new hires transition smoothly into the business.
* Stay informed on talent market trends and continuously identify process improvements.


Experience

* 4+ years’ experience in full-cycle talent acquisition.
* Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, platforms, and recruitment tools.
* Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
* Proven track record of building pipelines and recruiting across technology, engineering, and data analytics roles.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to use recruitment metrics to inform decisions.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
* Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring.
* Adaptability, resilience, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
