Our client is seeking an experienced IT Compliance Specialist to support and enhance there global regulatory compliance framework.This role focuses on Regulatory Change Management (RCM), ensuring timely identification, interpretation, and implementation of IT-related regulatory requirements across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and enhance the IT Compliance RCM process.Monitor and assess global regulatory developments affecting IT.Advise business, compliance, and technology stakeholders on regulatory impacts.Coordinate assessments, gap analyses, and implementation plans.Draft and circulate regulatory updates to key stakeholders.Review and update IT compliance policies, procedures, and guides.Support audits, regulatory inspections, and due diligence processes.About YouDegree in Law or related field, with 5–8 years' experience in financial services compliance or legal.Strong regulatory knowledge and proven experience interpreting and implementing IT regulations.Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.Familiarity with compliance tools (e.g., Cube) and cybersecurity regulations is an advantage.Proficient in MS Office; Power BI a plus.For more information on this role please click apply and a member of our team will be in touch.
