Three year large-scale commercial project in Donegal
Responsibilities include:
1. Work closely with the Project Manager & Site Manager.
2. Provide timely and accurate reports.
3. Check plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
4. Attend regular meetings with clients, architects, and consultants, keeping them informed of progress.
5. Quality management and BCAR co-ordination.
6. Help oversee quality control and safety matters on the site, ensuring that regulations are adhered to.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Diploma/Degree qualified with a minimum of 2+ years experience with an established building company.
2. RC experience is advantageous.
3. Knowledge of the latest building regulations and certification standards.
4. Setting out experience with GPS, Total Stations, and AutoCAD.
5. Proficient IT skills (Excel, Office, etc.).
6. Excellent Communication skills.
7. Driving license.
Salary: €55K – €70K negotiable with a full package including car, pension, health bonus, VHI, CIPD, etc.
