Behavioural Excellence Specialist Opportunity
We are seeking an accomplished Behavioural Excellence Specialist to drive positive change and support individuals with complex needs. This pivotal role will empower you to deliver Functional Assessments, craft bespoke Multi-Element Behaviour Support Plans (MEBSPs), and enhance quality of life for those you serve.

You will be responsible for:

* Fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, including service users, families, and community partners
* Contributing to the development of Positive Behaviour Support frameworks, driving best practice and innovation across the sector
* Engaging in ongoing education and professional development to stay at the forefront of Behaviour Analysis and Psychology
