The main goal of this role is to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth.Responsibilities:Act as the primary contact for our clients, maintaining consistent communication to ensure satisfactionImplement strategies to retain clients, minimising account churn through proactive client engagement and supportIdentify opportunities to grow client accounts by introducing new products, services, or featuresCoordinate with internal teams to ensure clients' needs are met efficientlyEnsure all complaints and concerns are resolved in accordance with compliance and regulationsSupport the conversion of potential leads into active clients through collaboration with internal teamsProvide detailed reports on client activity, performance, and satisfaction to senior management, offering insights into market trends and client needsRegularly gather and analyse client feedback to identify areas for improvement in service and supportTrack and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as client retention rates, trading volumes, and customer satisfaction scoresRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field4+ years in a similar role within the industryComputer literacy with good command of Google appsProven client relationship experience in the financial industryExcellent communication skills (both verbal and written) to interact effectively with clients and internal teamsStrong client service orientation with the ability to build trust and long-term relationshipsAbility to handle high-pressure situations, such as market volatility and client disputes, with a calm and professional demeanourFamiliarity with trading platforms, trading instruments and CRM toolsStrong problem-solving skills to address client issues promptly and efficientlyLanguages: Native Japanese and fluency in English; any additional language will be considered an advantageOur benefitsCompetitive compensation packageFlexibility of remote workAll the equipment you need21 days off and 10 sick leaves annuallySeasoned senior-level team with ample opportunities for professional growth in an international setting
