Job Opportunity:
* Monitor service interactions to ensure they meet quality standards.
* Deliver feedback and coaching to enhance performance of team members.
* Analyze QA data to identify trends and areas for improvement in our operations.
* Collaborate with stakeholders, including team leads, trainers, and management to achieve quality objectives.
* Ensure compliance with established quality standards.
* 2+ years of experience in a QA or quality monitoring role (BPO or related industry)/content moderation.
* Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
* Fluency in Croatian/Polish/Hungarian and a minimum C1 level in English.
* Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
* Familiarity with QA tools and performance management systems.
* This is a full-time permanent position fully onsite.
