Our client, a well-established, multi-branch insurance and financial planning firm, is looking to hire a Senior Life & Pensions Administrator to join its growing team in Dublin.
This is a strong opportunity for someone with solid brokerage experience who wants to step into a more senior, visible role supporting consultants and leadership, while continuing to build technical expertise across pensions, investments, and protection.
The Role
You’ll play a key role in supporting consultants and managing client servicing across a broad portfolio of life and pensions business. This is a hands‑on position with real exposure to clients, providers, and internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing a portfolio of clients across pensions, investments and protection products
Supporting consultants in client meetings and day-to-day servicing activity
Overseeing the end-to-end processing of new business across life, pensions and investments
Liaising directly with life companies to ensure applications are processed accurately and efficiently
Keeping clients updated throughout the application and servicing lifecycle
Supporting management with workflow, pipeline tracking and service delivery
Ensuring all client documentation and recommendations meet regulatory and compliance standards
Working closely with compliance to ensure all investment-related communications are accurate and up to date
Contributing to ad-hoc business development and operational projects
About You
QFA or RPA qualified
3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within a brokerage environment
Strong understanding of life, pensions, and investment products
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable managing your own workload and working on initiative
Strong communicator with a client-focused mindset
Proven ability to deliver a high standard of service
Motivated to continue developing technically and professionally
