Site Engineer Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Site Engineer to join our construction team at Comer Group Ireland.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of engineering principles and construction practices, with experience in using surveying equipment and CAD software. A degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is required, along with 2 years of site-based experience.

The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting in setting out, levelling, and surveying the site, interpreting technical drawings and specifications, and supporting senior engineers and the site manager with daily operations.

* A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
* At least 2 years of site-based experience (including placement/internship).
* Strong understanding of engineering principles and construction practices.
* Proficient in using surveying equipment and CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* A proactive and flexible attitude to problem-solving.
* Ability to work as part of a team and take instruction.
