Join a distributed team responsible for developing the web presence of Gen brands, focused on cybersecurity and theft protection products. Deliver high-quality front-end code and implement SEO strategies across multiple website projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand websites are performant, optimized, and user-centric.
Objectives:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure websites meet SEO standards
* Develop and implement SEO strategies and optimize site performance
* Analyze website performance, identify bugs, and propose improvements
* Participate in Agile activities: sprints, stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives
* Build and maintain high-performance, reusable front-end components
* Mentor junior developers and maintain code quality
* Utilize AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT)
Competencies:
* 5+ years of web development using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, NPM, Webpack
* Strong front-end skills: performance, accessibility, security, responsiveness
* Knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, and integration patterns
* Leadership and mentoring abilities
* Problem-solving, attention to detail, and documentation skills
* Experience optimizing websites for Google Core Web Vitals
* Familiarity with AI-powered developer tools
* Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
