Intermediate Quantity Surveyor - Developer Intermediate Quantity Surveyor with approximately 3 years experience required to join a highly reputable and well established Residential Developer based in South County Dublin.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be based in both head office -South Dublin and a large project quite near the site in South Dublin also.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Intermediate QS with some Irish or UK resi experience to join a smaller team and get more exposure to all aspects of the job and quicker progression.
Requirements:
Degree qualified with at least 3 years experience in Quantity Surveying with a main building contractor in Ireland or the UK.
Must be commercially and contractually aware.
Ambitious and committed to deliver an excellent standard of work.
Must be eligible to work in Ireland.
