Americold – Helping our customers Feed the WorldHere at Americold Dublin we are now recruiting for a Production Supervisor on an 11 month FTC.As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency, accuracy, and compliance of your production line. You'll lead shift operations, drive high standards in quality, hygiene, health & safety, and optimise labour use. You will also play a key role in monitoring performance metrics and supporting continuous improvement through effective coordination and data-driven decisions.You will run shifts with a focus on productivity, workflow efficiency, and achieving key KPIs such as accuracy and low error rates. By overseeing cleanliness and maintaining hazard-free, ready-to-operate work areas, you'll ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.Labour planning and smart task allocation will be critical in maximising team performance. You'll also train and develop staff to enhance their skills and support overall shift success. During operations, you'll act as the escalation point, providing real-time guidance and support to your team.Your role will involve maintaining accurate documentation, including shift reports and KPI records.
