The Role
We are part of the global Business Management organization responsible for business partnering with the Component Sales team. Our role is to be the go-to for Sales in all aspects of data analysis, reporting and process improvements. We are building a team to support Sales locally (EMEA) and improve processes and create tools in alignment with the worldwide regional and HQ teams.
Responsibilities
* Weekly attainment with Sales and Finance
* Assist in Forecast creation by Sales and loading in SFDC
* Assist in target setting for Sales (Sales Incentives/rebates)
* Support Sales reviews and QBRs
* Assist and align for tool and report creation and maintenance
* Plan and support process improvements locally in alignment with the worldwide Business Management and Sales teams
* Partner with cross-functional teams
* Ad-hoc reports and analysis
Skills
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
* Proficiency in relevant software and tools for reporting and analysis (Excel, PBI, etc.).
