You will be responsible for a variety of duties including ensure that an excellent service is provided to students at all times, helps to manage problems or complaints efficiently, support people in distress, elevate students' experience and greets new students on their first day as part of their school induction programme.Responsibilities-Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.-Handle complaints in a patient manner and Offers responses to students in time-Promoting advice services, interacting with students via email and phone, addressing any questions or concernsOrganize new students' documentation and prepare welcome packs-Promote presentations in english to welcome students on modays and fridays-Conduct meetings with students and the academic director-Sell English courses offshore and onshore.Qualification and Requirements-Speak fluent English (C1) and Portuguese.
