Join Customer Engineering and play a pivotal role in Intel's transition from IDM to Foundry. Our team is an integral part of FMSC (Foundry Manufacturing and Supply Chain), responsible for the production of Intel silicon using world-class manufacturing processes across the globe.
This role seeks FEOL (Front-End-Of-Line) Customer Engineering professionals in the FSM HVM Customer Engineering organization, reporting directly to the Customer Engineering manager.
Responsibilities:
We're looking for highly skilled engineers who can work closely with internal teams and external customers to ensure seamless technology integration and customer satisfaction.
FEOL (Front-End-Of-Line) Customer Integration engineers will be responsible for:
* Supporting customer improvement projects and responding to process issues on behalf of the customer
* Communicating regularly with the customer and factory
* Serving as the single point of contact for FEOL process integration issues
* Owning inline CpK for critical customer parameters
* Collaborating with the FEOL Technology Development team to import new technology
* Working with multi-functional teams to identify root causes and implement mitigation plans
* Improving product yield, quality, performance, and reducing wafer cost through engineering projects
Qualifications:
We're seeking candidates with:
* A bachelor's degree in science and engineering
* 15+ years of experience in advanced node semiconductor industry in FEOL Process Integration
* Strong problem-solving skills, self-initiative, and self-learning capabilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* High ownership and tolerance for ambiguity
