Exciting opportunity to join our SAP Consulting practice: Amongst a variety of exciting career opportunities currently available within our SAP practice, we are seeking to hire experienced SAP Project manager to join our SAP team in Ireland.
You will 'make an impact that matters' in your role designing and building innovative solutions to meet our clients' needs while working within a global collaborative network of highly experienced consulting teams. This is a challenging and fulfilling role with the potential to further develop your range of consulting and SAP implementation skills significantly.

About the Role:
* Lead and oversee SAP implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
* Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors.
* Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
* Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management and stakeholders.
* Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, industry standards, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
* Facilitate change management for smooth transition and adoption of new SAP systems and processes.
* Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment, while managing stakeholder expectations and communicating effectively across all organisational levels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead large-scale SAP implementation and upgrade projects from initiation to closure
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management and stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, industry standards, and company policies
• Facilitate change management for smooth transition and adoption of new SAP systems and processes
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively across all organisational levels

Required Skills and Qualifications:
">
A third-level qualification in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline is required.
Certification in Project Management and SAP Activate is preferred.
Proficient in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and PRINCE2.
Proficiency in SAP software and project management tools such as Jira, Signavio, Solman, and SAP Roadmap Viewer.
Knowledge of SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, and SD is advantageous.
Previous leadership role on an SAP project such as cutover lead, PMO lead, test lead, deployment lead etc.
Proven extensive experience in managing full life cycle SAP implementation and upgrade projects.
Ability to lead and motivate a team, manage conflicts, and make decisive decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Able to manage large teams both onshore and offshore.
Ability to travel across EMEA without any restrictions.
