Construction Administrator Opportunity


Job Role and Responsibilities

This role is designed for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to oversee the administrative aspects of our construction site.

* Key Tasks:
* Manage and maintain all site documentation, including permits, licenses, and safety records.
* Assist with report preparation and distribution, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
* Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and site visits.
* Process invoices, track expenses, and manage petty cash.
* Procure materials and equipment as needed.
* Provide general administrative support to the site team.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications

1. Proven experience in an administrative role within the construction industry.
2. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Knowledge of construction site operations and terminology is beneficial.
