We're seeking an experienced and highly organised
Reservations & Office Manager
to oversee the daily operations of our busy head office, supporting reservations and events. This full-time role is central to ensuring smooth communication, efficient administration, and seamless coordination across our teams.
What You'll Do
* Manage the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring systems, processes, and resources are well organised.
* Handle & delegate all reservations within the team across 9 Restaurants
* Manage the reservations team with reporting, scheduling, and general administration.
* Oversee office communications, handling phone, email, and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.
* Liaise with senior management, chefs, accounts, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflows and accurate record-keeping.
* Maintain office systems (including reservations software and databases), ensuring information is up to date and compliant.
* Coordinate all logistics for events in conjuction with clients
* Assist with HR administration including onboarding, rotas, and staff records.
* Manage relationships with suppliers, agencies, and service providers.
About You
* Proven experience in office management, administration, or a coordination role (hospitality background a plus but not essential).
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Confident communicator with the ability to liaise across multiple teams.
* Comfortable using reservations or CRM systems (7Rooms/OpenTable experience an advantage).
* Ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
