Job Purpose
Provide comprehensive support to the office in order to ensure an efficiently run and safe workplace. Organization and coordination of all office administrative functions to facilitate a high level of staff productivity.
Duties and responsibilities
* General administration of the office to ensure smooth daily operation, including but not limited to procurement of supplies, maintenance of facilities and equipment and travel arrangement;
* Receptionist duties, including guest greeting, mailing, courier services and conference room management;
* Provide personal assistance to Executive Director;
* Liaising with IT team in headquarters to ensure proper functioning of office’s IT environment and equipment;
* Organizing teambuilding and other Company events; and
* Other administrative duties as required by supervisor and senior management.
Qualifications
* Degree holder in Business Administration or any discipline;
* Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in office administration role or similar function;
* Good interpersonal and communication skills;
* Strong sense of responsibility and flexibility, proactive and excellent team player;
* Self-motivated and well organised, with an ability to work independently under pressure;
* Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.); and
* Strong command of both written and spoken English
