Job Purpose:
To co-ordinate the work of the Content Consumber Business Services/Enterprise Tech Departments; to provide administrative support to the Global Head of Division and Department Managers and undertake a diverse portfolio of activities that support the Global Team in delivery of investments from the sector.
The CCBS/Enterprise Technology Departments work with some of the largest and most interesting technology, digital, consumer products and professional services companies in the world to help them expand and develop their operations in Ireland and targeting the next wave of companies in the sector.
Key clients include companies such as ADI, Intel, Workday, Amazon, Google, Meta, Linkedin, Accenture, Indeed, UPS and Hertz.
Key Tasks:
In line with the strategy targets and objectives set out in "Adapt Intelligently: A Strategy for Sustainable Growth and Innovation *******" for the sector, the key tasks include:
To provide a high quality and efficient administrative service to the CCBS/Enterprise Technology Departments to include, managing correspondence, logistics for the Division and team meetings;
To support the Divisional Manager Team on diary management;
To update Salesforce CRM as requested and from this to produce a weekly report on progress toward targets for the Management Team;
To work with Project Executives and Divisional Management to gather key metrics and data related to organisational performance and ensure that such activities are performed;
To assist the Division with day-to-day administration such as meeting coordination, draft letters of support for IDA clients requesting visa support;
To ensure dignity, respect and equality are applied throughout the organisation and that a work-life balance in the workplace is supported as much as possible;
To ensure that continuous learning and development is undertaken through informal and formal learning and participation in the Performance Management and Development Review Process;

To demonstrate flexibility in undertaking additional tasks as may be assigned.

Additional Requirements
In depth knowledge of Microsoft computer packages, proficiency and experience in the use of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint are essential together with the ability to use social media platforms;
Knowledge of Salesforcedesirable but not essential
A third level qualification, or currently working towards a higher education qualification is desirable;
Ongoing flexibility and interest in career progression and development via opportunities which may arise in IDA's offices in Ireland and Overseas;
Aspects of this role will require travel and working outside of normal office hours.
Salary Scale:
€28,077 to €45,979 per annum contributory superannuation
Rising by long service increments to €47,289 (after 3 years satisfactory service at the maximum of the range) and rising to €48,616 (after 6 years of satisfactory service).
