The role of a Financial Accountant plays a critical part in ensuring the reliability and integrity of financial reports. This position is crucial in providing timely and accurate financial information to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation of monthly management accounts
* Preparation of Trial Balance for Audit purposes
* Control of monthly store reporting on cash reconciliation and bank reconciliation
* Liaison with Auditors and preparation of statutory accounts
* Completion of VAT and PAYE Returns
* Labour cost analysis & reporting
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday.
Requirements:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* Previous experience of accounts preparation and the preparation of Trial Balance for Audit purposes
* Proficient in Excel
