Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Operations Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the smooth operation of our facilities management within Dublin client sites.
About the Role
* You will work closely with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver day-to-day support and ensure exceptional customer experience within our client sites.
* Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support, conduct audits, assist with issues, and attend meetings as required.
* You will also be responsible for coordinating vendors and subcontractors on site, undertaking minor maintenance and repair works, and promoting best practice amongst colleagues, contractors, and vendors.
* In addition, you will work in accordance with health and safety measures, conduct risk assessments, and follow safety protocols.
* You may be required to work weekends or bank holidays, which will be arranged in advance.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of hard and soft services
* Coordinate vendors and subcontractors on site
* Conduct audits, assist with issues, and attend meetings
* Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
* Provide administrative support to the team on a daily basis
* Undertake minor maintenance and repair works
* Work as part of the multiservice team: supporting events, mailroom, and moves, adds, and changes (MAC) where needed
* Work in accordance with health and safety measures and promote best practice amongst colleagues, contractors, and vendors
* Conduct risk assessments and follow safety protocols
Working Life
* You will work across Dublin sites on a daily basis
* The main business language spoken in our offices is English
* Knowledge of English is essential
* You may be required to work weekends or bank holidays, which will be arranged in advance
