Our organisation is dedicated to providing care and support to people with physical and intellectual disabilities, as well as autism. We are seeking experienced professionals who can help us achieve our mission of enabling individuals to live ordinary lives in a community-based environment.
As a social care worker, you will be working across 12 residential communities and 4-day services nationwide. You will be required to have a strong working knowledge of legislation protecting vulnerable adults, as well as the ability to work with challenging behaviours.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams, is also essential.

Requirements:
* Hold a minimum of a Level 7 on the QQI Framework - BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent qualification in Health or Social Care.
* Have at least one year's experience of working with vulnerable adults or adults with intellectual disabilities.
* Experience working with challenging behaviours.
* Strong working knowledge of legislation in place to protect vulnerable adults.
* Full clean manual driver's license and availability of own car for this post.
