Key Responsibilities:
* Manage hotel operations at night to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
* Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.
* Conduct fire walks, security checks, and other relevant health and safety duties.
* Perform front office duties, including running the night audit report and handling check-in/check-out processes.
* Provide food and beverage service at night and maintain cleanliness of the hotel lobby and meeting room area.
Leadership Responsibilities:
* Lead the night team to achieve goals in relation to mystery audits, customer comment index, quality evaluations, and hotel standards.
* Develop the skills and capabilities of team members to prepare them for future career opportunities.
