We are partnering with a leading global pharmaceutical organisation in Limerick to hire an experienced IT Support Analyst to support laboratory and manufacturing systems within a regulated GxP environment.This is a hands-on, site-based role supporting critical analytical and operational systems, ensuring compliance, security, and system reliability.Provide onsite IT support for laboratory and manufacturing systemsSupport installation, upgrade, validation and maintenance of analytical equipment softwareAdminister and manage Active Directory (users, groups, OUs, Group Policies)Manage user access controls in line with role-based security modelsTroubleshoot login, permissions, and application-related issuesSupport LIMS and laboratory systems (e.g., LabVantage, Empower, NuGenesis or similar)Execute validation documentation in support of system lifecycle activitiesDraft and update IT-related SOPs and proceduresSupport audit readiness and participate in inspection activitiesAct as liaison between corporate IT teams and site-based business usersEnsure systems remain on supported and secure versionsDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)Experience working in a GxP / GMP regulated environmentStrong Active Directory administration experienceUnderstanding of data integrity, cybersecurity and system lifecycle managementExposure to database platforms such as SQL Server, MySQL, or OracleStrong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skillsFully onsite role in Limerick12-month rolling contract with strong extension potentialCompetitive hourly rateThis role suits an IT Applications Support professional with experience in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environments who enjoys working closely with lab and operations teams in a hands-on capacity.
