We are partnering with a leading global pharmaceutical organisation in Limerick to hire an experienced IT Support Analyst to support laboratory and manufacturing systems within a regulated GxP environment.
This is a hands‑on, site‑based role supporting critical analytical and operational systems, ensuring compliance, security, and system reliability.
Provide onsite IT support for laboratory and manufacturing systems
Support installation, upgrade, validation and maintenance of analytical equipment software
Administer and manage Active Directory (users, groups, OUs, Group Policies)
Manage user access controls in line with role‑based security models
Troubleshoot login, permissions, and application‑related issues
Support LIMS and laboratory systems (e.g., LabVantage, Empower, NuGenesis or similar)
Execute validation documentation in support of system lifecycle activities
Draft and update IT‑related SOPs and procedures
Support audit readiness and participate in inspection activities
Act as liaison between corporate IT teams and site‑based business users
Ensure systems remain on supported and secure versions
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
Experience working in a GxP / GMP regulated environment
Strong Active Directory administration experience
Experience supporting laboratory systems / LIMS platforms
Understanding of data integrity, cybersecurity and system lifecycle management
Exposure to database platforms such as SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
Fully onsite role in Limerick
12-month rolling contract with strong extension potential
