We are currently looking for Purchasing Administrator to join our team here at Novelplast.The Purchasing Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the Procurement department by managing various administrative tasks.Key Responsibilities:Raise purchase orders, ensuring accurate entry and timely placement with suppliers.Set up new suppliers, part numbers and maintain control and integrity of procurement related data on the ERP systemBe first point of contact for all customers across Ireland, UK & EuropeBe solely responsible for ongoing PET liner projectMaintaining and update the supplier database, delivery plan, ectMonitoring stock levels and forecasting needs to prevent overstocking or stockouts.Resolve discrepancies between purchase orders and supplier invoices.Assist in the preparation of reports on procurement activitiesReport any quality issues to the vendorsSource new vendors and materialsReview and answer correspondence where needed.Ensure that inhouse policies are followedAdhoc tasks as requiredKey Skills and ExperiencePrevious experience in a purchasing or administrative roleStrong interpersonal and communication skills.Experience with ERP or procurement systems is desirable.Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Ability to work within a teamPositive and flexible approachCommitted to Novelplast Mission, Vision and Values and Business ObjectivesJob Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:Bike to work schemeEmployee assistance programOn-site parkingWellness programApplication question(s):What are your salary expectation for this role?Work Location: In person
