Deputy Store Manager Role
We are seeking a results-driven Deputy Store Manager to lead our dynamic team and drive exceptional customer service.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our leadership team and contribute to delivering excellent results in a fast-paced retail environment. As Deputy Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, driving key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintaining shop floor presentation while ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained consistently.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the Store Manager in achieving business objectives
* Driving KPIs and improving store performance
* Maintaining high standards of shop floor presentation
* Ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained consistently
Requirements
* Completed Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification
* Minimum 2 years management experience in a fast-paced environment
* Full driving license
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Flexibility to work varying shift patterns
* Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager is preferred but not essential if you have the right attitude
