We are looking for a qualified Quantity Surveyor to join our growing construction consultancy team. You will manage cost planning, procurement and contract administration for building services (MEP) projects across commercial, residential and institutional sectorsLocation: Ireland
Key requirementDegree in Quantity surveying, construction management or related disciplineRICS (MRICS/AssoRICS) or equivalent professional qualificationMinimum 3-5 years experience in building services QS role on projects Strong knowledge on MEP systems, cost databases (SPIR, BCI) and BIM workflowsProficiency with QS Software (CATO, CostX, Procore) and MS office suiteExcellent analytical, negotiation and communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesKey responsibilityPrepare and maintain cost plans, BOQS, and cost reports for MEP elementsConduct feasibility studies, value engineering and risk assessmentsCollaborate with design teams, engineers and clients to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with budgetsManage tender processes, evaluate bids and negotiate contractsMonitor project expenditure, change orders and cash flow throughout the project lifecycleProvide cost advice on design changes, VE options and sustainability initiativesEnsure compliance with RICS standards, Irish building regulations and CDM requirementsSupport the project team with claims, disputes and final account settlementsBritish/EU passport will be advantageousHow to applyFollow the link to our job seeker's page Search for the job titleClick apply to submit your cv
