Job Overview:
The role of Payroll Specialist involves the end-to-end processing of monthly payroll for various countries across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:
* Process and manage multi-country payroll in accordance with established guidelines and regulations
* Coordinate all incoming payroll data to ensure timely and accurate processing
* Maintain accurate employee records and handle third-party remittances
* Manage employee records within the Time and Labor Management System to facilitate accurate payment processing
* Prepare and submit regular reports (e.g., gross payroll, hours worked, tax deductions)
* Respond to and resolve employee inquiries, providing exceptional customer service
* Assist in year-end payroll balancing and reporting to ensure compliance
* Ensure internal audit requests related to payroll are met to maintain high standards of quality and integrity
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of practical experience in full-cycle payroll processing is required.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS-Office, especially Excel, and SAP experience is mandatory. ADP Streamline experience is highly desirable.
Qualifications: An IPASS or Accounting Technician qualification is advantageous.
Core Competencies: Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality are essential.
