Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. As a key member of the culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the overall running of the kitchen and all back of house areas.
You will prepare and properly garnish food orders as they are received in accordance with recipes and proper plate presentation. You will also ensure close down of section in accordance with departmental procedures and standards.
About the Role: We require someone with 1+ years of experience as a Chef de Partie. Knowledge of HACCP and experience in practice is essential. Experience in a four-star kitchen is desirable.
